What are your cancellation policies?

Please note though that whilst we always try to be as flexible as possible with cancellations and refunds we have to abide by the policies of our partners and suppliers. Also we can only process cancellation requests during office hours. Sending us an email outside of office hours will not count as notice of cancellation until our office opens (and we are therefore there to read the email).  

If you have to cancel without sufficient notice due to illness or some other problem such as missing a transport connection etc whilst we sympathize with your situation and we will try to be as flexible as we can, this is beyond our control or that of our partners and we cannot make special allowances for this if we encounter costs. We can provide you with a letter for your insurance company so you can make a claim for any losses. in such circumstances
