I placed an order but didn't receive a ticket yet

When you place an order with our online booking system you are sending a request for us to make a booking but we still need to process your booking, check availability and confirm everything before we send you a ticket or voucher. For so many tours and transport options in South America there simply arent automatic availability systems from most operators. Placing a booking online is not a guarantee of a confirmed booking. We try to get back to you within 48 hours with an update (usually in much less time, often within an hour or 2 during office hours. but we specify this amount to cover for weekends and national holidays).

Also , please make sure you have actually placed an order and not just filled in your details on the product page without going through the checkout procedure. If you have placed an order you will have seen a confirmation page that gives you an order number and also recieved a confirmation email. You will also be able to log into your account and see the details of any order you have placed in the My Account page. 

In some cases some products cannot be confirmed over the weekends due to the working hours of the operators.
Sometimes some tickets can not be completely issued until much closer to the requested date (i. e. some buses will issue seats just around 1 week before) although in these cases there shouldnt be any problem with availability.
