Shopping Cart is Empty

You have no items in your shopping cart.

If you added something to your cart and arrived here to find the cart empty usually the problem is an issue with your browser or the browser or device settings.

This happens most with people that use Safari browser due to the non standard way it handles cookies. If using another browser It can also be to do with your cookie settings or cache.


If you try the following it will usually fix your problem:

1. Use a different browser that is not safari - we recommended Chrome
2. Clear the cookies for your browser  - if you’re not sure how to you can see instructions for most popular browsers HERE
3. Try booking in private / incognito mode (this bypasses the need to clear cookies)
4. Try a different device if you can (and without Safari browser, use chrome or firefox if possible)

Also, using a device that has the time zone set incorrectly to the one that you are presently in can cause problems. Again this is a 'cookie problem' as cookies have a lifetime that is set by the issuing server - if your device seems like it is ahead or behind by a significant amount it can cause problems.
Set your timezone to the correct time for your present location (or to auto detect) and that can fix your problems.
