DAY 1
You will meet at Lima bus station at around 10.00 and catch a local bus to Ica - from there, you will need to catch a taxi to Huacachina Oasis (3$ approximately - not included). The activity itself starts in the afternoon. We will take you up and down the dunes of up to 500 meters in the best possible transport - a dune buggy. This desert rollercoaster experience is an exhilarating rush of adrenaline racing up and down the billowing sand dunes and making crazy impossible seeming turns. After our buggy trip we will try our hand at sand boarding from the top of the 3 or 4 highest dunes in the area. Suitable for all levels of experience and there is a chance to see how fast you can go face first on your belly - thrilling stuff and everyone is capable of this as long as they dare! As we tire from the excitement we will watch the sunset from the top of a dune (great photos from here!) before racing back down to Huacachina where we will spend the night (you can choose the room type you prefer - see below).
DAY 2
Unfortunately today we will need to leave Huacachina and make our way back to Lima. You will have some time in the morning to enjoy your last moments in the oasis before catching a taxi back to Ica, and from there a local bus back to Lima (you will be dropped off at the bus station).
