Important Information

This bus leaves daily at 13.00. Please try to give 2 days or more notice for internet bookings and we will always need to check availability. Having said this, it is not recommended to book this bus too far in advance since we can only send you the vouchers closer to the date of your departure (usually a couple of weeks / 10 days before). Booking in advance is fine but your reservation will be kept as pending until we can confirm it. Please also note that if booking one year for another, price might change in the meanwhile and we might have to ask you for an additional payment should this happen.

We are only a ticketing agency for this bus. We offer a bus ticket booking service and we do not operate the bus services ourselves so there are various things that we are unable to control. These include , but are not limited to the following :

  • Departure times being late or delays in the overall journey time
  • Onboard toilets being dirty, out of order or just locked by the driver
  • TVs not working or poor quality movies
  • Heating not working, on low or just not turned on by the driver
  • Your luggage and belongings

Our responsibility when providing a bus ticket booking service is that we make a reservation on the bus you choose and provide you with a ticket and instructions. We will deal with problems such as when there is a problem with your seat reservation or if the bus type is incorrect (i. e. you paid for cama and it was semi-cama) or if the bus was cancelled we will deal with refunds.

Bus standards in South America can vary greatly and people expectations also vary greatly - we are not responsible if your expectation is out of line with what the standard is. Important - This bus doesn't leave on December 31st nor on January 1st. Please don't book for these dates.

Is food provided on this bus?
There is no food provided on this bus so we suggest you take food & snacks with you. You there may be some food availabile to buy during any stops but it is best to take your own and any water or beverages.
