ITINERARYITINERARY
DAY 1 – Cochabamba - Chapare - Zipline - Rappel - Natural Pools
This amazing adventure starts with an early pickup from your hotel. We will board on our transport and start a 4-hour-drive that will take us out of the city and the dry valleys around towards the humid tropics of Cochabamba, eventually arriving at the Chapare jungle. We will check in at our accommodation, located deep in the jungle, 4 km away from the village of Villa Tunari. We will then get ready for our first activity: the canopy park! This first challenge consists of 3 hanging cables mounted above the steamy jungle. The cables are 60, 100 and 150 meters long. You will float trough the other side of the jungle rivers. After the zipline, we continue hiking through the humid jungle until we reach the location of the next activity. Here you will be doing a rappel descent down a rocky wall that is approximately 30 meters high. Eventually we will reach the "pozas", natural pools surrounded by stunning, pristine nature. These pools were formed by the river streams and their crystal-clear waters (together with a pleasant temperature) are ideal to take a refreshing bath before we start returning to our accommodation for the night.

DAY 2 – Rafting - La Hormiga
On the second day we will go rafting on the most suitable river in Bolivia for this kind of activity, the spectacular Espiritu Santo. We will do this with a highly experienced team of rafters who have more than 15 years experience. After the rafting, in the afternoon we visit the amazing eco-establishment called ''La Hormiga'' where we will be able to see animals in their natural environment. Someone from the staff will explain us everything about these animals the surrounding rainforest. We then return to our accommodation where you spend some time at your leisure by the swimming pool.

DAY 3 – Carrasco National Park - Cochabamba
On this last day we will visit the Carrasco National Park, home to a large variety of biodiverse flora and fauna. We will hike deep into the jungle for about two hours through the jungle until we get to the Guacharo cave, named after a blind night bird that can only be found in Bolivia and Venezuela. We will hopefully also have the chance of spotting a number of rare species before we start our return journey to Cochabamba, arriving late in the afternoon.
