The train to Uyuni is available on: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Oruro. In order to connect it from La Paz you will need to catch a bus to Oruro, this bus ride takes 3-4 hours approximately.
We are currently selling the bus/train combo service for Tuesday and Friday only. On Wednesday and Sunday we are only able to purchase train tickets.
Leaves Tuesday and Friday at 09.30 from La Paz to make connection with the train at 15:30 from Oruro arriving in Uyuni at 22.50. On Wednesday and Sunday the train leaves at 19.00 train from Oruro arriving in Uyuni at approx 3am the following morning.
PAPER TICKET - MUST BE COLLECTED
You must allow time to collect this ticket from one of our offices in La Paz. Alternatively we can arrange to leave this at a hotel for you if you have a reservation.
TRAIN TICKETS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
