Jungle River Trip - Coroico to Rurrenabaque
The wildest way to get to Rurrenabaque.

3 days down the river through the jungle in a motorized dugout canoe. 9 total hours in the boat, with excellent side hikes and activities.  Camping on the beach in the rainforest.
Difficulty level- Relaxing in the boat and the hikes are challenging but optional.

The Environment- Tropical forests, Madidi National Park.

Accommodations- 2 nights beach camping, we provide camping equipment (tents, sleeping bag, mat).

Food- Cooked meals included, vegetarian options.

Other Logistics
Trips leave on Wednesdays each week. Groups of 5 or more can arrange special departures.
We pick you up at your hotel in Coroico or at La Senda Verde Animal Refuge at 8 a.m., so you need to be in Coroico the day before (Riding to Coroico via the Worlds Most Dangerous Road on Tuesday is a good option).

This trip should not been seen as a replacement for a pampas tour but as an exciting and adventurous way to travel to Rurre – a different experience and a trip in itself. It is well worth going on a pampas or other tour from Rurre when you arrive  which we can arrange to start the day after. Ask for details.
