The todo turismo bus is currently running normally and the road condition is without problems. This year they have started to run also on Wednesday and Sundays so now the bus it available every night in both directions.It is advisable to book ahead for th is bus as it is very popular. Local buses and the trains are still running at present.
(9pm from La Paz and 8pm from Uyuni). We advise you to book this bus quite a few days in advance to ensure you get a seat for the date you want to travel.The bus is often booked up around 2 days in advance at present so planning ahead is a good idea.
